At La Maison de Belasyse, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our home collections and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece does not perfectly complement your space, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective materials to ensure they remain secure and undamaged during transit back to our atelier.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
