French Antique Garde Manger, Kitchen Pantry 17.7"
French antique garde manger or countertop pantry cabinet. Circa 1920. This antique wooden garde manger with wire mesh panels on all sides was traditionally used for storing cheese, fruit, and baked goods while allowing air to circulate. It is a lovely piece and very evocative of a traditional French kitchen.
